Rob Wallace - President
Rob is the main contact for the agency with all principals and corporate personnel of key distributors. Rob maintains a direct knowledge of each territory by continuing to work with the sales representatives in their respective areas. Regular attendance to industrial trade shows, marketing conferences, manufacturers' sales meetings and memberships to ISA and STAFDA allow an up-to-date knowledge and perspective necessary to direct operations. This gives RWA a valuable insight to the future needs of the manufacturers we represent as well as the distributors and end-users we serve.
Kyle Mounts - VP Sales
Kyle joined RWA in June 2015 with sales experience in various markets. Kyle was a territory manager for RWA until June 2024 when he assumed the position of Sales Manager. He currently directs the sales operations of all divisions as VP Sales.
Nancy Faulkner - Office Manager
Nancy came to RWA in May 1992. As office manager, Nancy coordinates all functions of the office including; sales support, marketing, and inside sales activities to maintain an effective direction to best support the agency’s sales force, distributors, end users, and principals.
Mary Elizabeth Mattox
Mary Elizabeth began her employment with RWA on a part-time basis in June 2005 and full-time in May 2010. She is responsible for administrative duties of our buy-sell operation and inside sales. Daily functions include the reconciliation function for our rep management program and inside sales support for our territory managers, distributors, and end users. She is manager and administrator of Palco Sales, LLC.
Ron Wallace - Owner
Ron Wallace, CPMR established Ron Wallace & Associates, Inc. in 1987. Driven
by the market needs and insight to provide manufacturers, distributors, and end users with increased profitability, Ron developed RWA to be the professional
sales agency it is today. Confidently Ron retired in December 2014.
